Key Responsibilities:
- Build and support ETL pipelines and data workflows using Python.
- Orchestrate and manage data processes with Apache Airflow (MWAA).
- Validate, test, and monitor data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Analyse source data to inform pipeline design and optimisation.
- Track pipeline performance, resolve issues, and produce data quality insights.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to meet data requirements.
- Maintain clear documentation of pipelines and systems.
Key Skills:
- 4+ years' experience in data engineering roles.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Solid SQL expertise across MS SQL and Oracle databases.
- Hands-on experience designing ETL and data pipelines.
- Knowledge of data lake architectures.
- Experience with Airflow (MWAA) and AWS services such as Athena and Glue/PySpark.
- Comfortable working with relational and NoSQL data stores.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
