You will focus on the semantic and reporting layer, ensuring that Power BI datasets, models and reports are well structured, performant and aligned with curated upstream data sources.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and maintain Power BI datasets, semantic models, measures and reports.
- Refactor Power BI models to consume curated upstream data sources.
- Move appropriate business and transformation logic upstream rather than embedding it within reports.
- Validate report behaviour, measures and refresh processes following data-model changes.
- Perform regression testing and support data-reconciliation activities.
- Work with Business Analysts and Data Engineers to interpret and implement business rules accurately.
- Promote effective Power BI modelling, performance and governance practices.
Essential Skills
- Strong hands-on Power BI experience, including datasets, semantic models and measures.
- Good knowledge of data modelling and relational-data concepts.
- Experience working with SQL-based data sources.
- Strong data validation, reconciliation and regression-testing skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise or public-sector reporting environments.
Desirable
- Exposure to Palantir Foundry.
- Experience with Power BI Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools.
