Key Responsibilities

• ETL (Extract, Transform, Load): Design and implement ETL processes to move and transform data between systems.
• Data Quality Improvement: Establish and deploy business processes to measure and improve data quality across RR SMR.
• Federated Data Model Creation: Support the creation of a holistic SMR Data Model by ensuring data is fit-for-purpose.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data domain owners to establish an active and cooperative cohort.
• Documentation: Prepare reports and documentation to demonstrate progress and improvements in data quality.

Success Indicators

• Creating a clear understanding of the current status of data quality.
• Identifiable improvements through active collaboration with data domain owners.
• Development of prototypes and demonstrators to showcase data management capabilities.

• Knowledge of Data Quality Management
• Awareness of industry standards and best practices in data quality management.
• Experience in conducting data quality assessments and audits.
• Understanding of key metrics and benchmarks for data quality.
• Ability to identify and implement data quality improvements.

Experience Creating Data Products and Solutions

• Ability to envision data solutions and deliver benefits.
• Proven hands-on coding skills in various languages.
• Capability to identify and quantify benefits.

Collaboration and Communication Skills

• Proven ability to work closely with data owners and other stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey data quality issues and solutions.
• Experience in preparing reports and documentation to demonstrate progress.

Technical Skills

• ETL Processes: Designing and implementing ETL processes.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure
• Data Visualization: Working experience with Power BI or other similar tools
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python or other programming language
• Database Systems: Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).

Additional Skills

• Containerization: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for deploying data applications.
• Version Control: Knowledge of Git for managing code versions.
