Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all allocated calls are delivered within clients' Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Monitor quality and productivity against programme and maintain daily site records and reports.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers through efficient project delivery.
• Ensure design and installation meet internal and client specifications and statutory requirements.
• Install and fault-find structured and voice cabling systems.
• Operate Fluke Analysers for setup and fault location.

Key Skills:

• Experience in installation and fault finding of structured and voice cabling systems.
• Fully conversant with the setup and operation of Fluke Analysers.
• Ability to locate and rectify faults on structured and fibre optic cabling systems.
• Experience working within live customer sites.
• Driving Licence and willingness to travel.
• Desirable: CSCS/ECS Card, Openreach NOPs Card, Containment Systems Installations, IOSH Working Safely, PASMA/IPAF, Certified Network Cable Installer (CNCI) Accreditation, NACCOSS – NSI Certification.
