Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Data Engineers.
- Own delivery of data engineering projects and platform improvements.
- Oversee data pipelines, integrations, testing and deployment.
- Drive Microsoft Fabric / Azure data platform adoption.
- Ensure platform performance, reliability and operational support.
- Implement data quality, governance and monitoring practices.
- Drive Agile, DataOps, DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Work closely with Data, Analytics, Architecture and business teams.
- Manage technical standards, delivery priorities and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in Data Engineering / Data Platforms.
- Experience managing or leading Data Engineering teams.
- Strong Microsoft Azure data platform experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse or Databricks.
- Strong SQL and Python.
- ETL/ELT and data pipeline development.
- CI/CD and DevOps experience.
- Data platform monitoring, operations and support.
- Strong stakeholder and delivery management skills.
