Summary: The role involves joining a leading Asset & Investment Management organization as a Developer within their Front Office Technology team for an initial 6-month contract. The position requires collaboration in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver data and reporting solutions, leveraging technologies such as Python, Snowflake, SQL Server, Power BI, and dbt. Experience in Asset/Investment Management or Financial Services is highly beneficial. The role is classified as inside IR35 and offers hybrid working arrangements in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimise SQL Server and Snowflake data models, queries and reporting datasets
- Build and maintain dbt transformation pipelines within a modern cloud data environment
- Work across the full software development life cycle, including analysis, development, testing and deployment
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL Server, Python, Power BI, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and dbt
- Experience working across the full SDLC
- Strong data analysis and reporting development experience
