As a contract Data Engineer, you are hired to build and maintain the pipelines, platforms, and infrastructure that move, transform, and store data within an organisation. The work involves designing and implementing data ingestion pipelines from a range of source systems, transforming raw data into clean, structured formats suitable for analysis and reporting, building and maintaining data warehouse and data lake infrastructure, and ensuring that data flows reliably and at the required latency for the business.
