Summary: The Data Engineer role focuses on supporting the Survey Warehouse & Measurement function by developing impactful data solutions that enhance marketing strategies within a global product ecosystem. The position involves collaboration with analytics, data science, and marketing teams to create scalable data models and tools. The role is flexible, allowing for hybrid or remote work arrangements. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring data quality and security throughout the data lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build data models, pipelines, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions.
  • Translate business and data-science requirements into actionable analytical outputs.
  • Solve data integration challenges across structured & unstructured sources using best-practice ETL frameworks.
  • Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and marketers to deliver clear, meaningful insights.
  • Architect scalable data solutions and evaluate technical trade-offs.
  • Ensure data quality, privacy, and security across the data life cycle.

Key Skills:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years working in data-focused roles (Data Engineer, Analyst, Scientist, etc.).
  • 5+ years with SQL, ETL, data modelling, data visualisation, and one programming language (Python preferred).
  • Experience in Marketing Analytics or Martech is a strong advantage.

Templeton & Partners urgently seek a Data Engineer to support our Survey Warehouse & Measurement function, building high-impact data solutions that drive smarter marketing decisions across a global product ecosystem.

You'll work with analytics, data science, and marketing teams to design scalable data models, pipelines, and analytical tools that directly shape strategy and performance.
