The Role
Support the initial two-vendor proof of concept, from environment preparation and configuration through to evidence-based evaluation, recommendation and selection of the preferred platform.
Configure vendor data discovery, classification and DSPM platforms in line with the agreed proof-of-concept scope and test scenarios.
Plan and execute discovery and classification test cases, including validation of scan coverage, data source reachability, classification accuracy and result quality.
Help define the target operating model for data discovery and classification, including roles, responsibilities, workflows, service measures, governance forums and escalation paths.
Support the recruitment, onboarding, coaching and development of team members who will operate and enhance the platform.
Create reusable standards, playbooks and procedures for connector deployment, classification tuning, result validation, insight generation and stakeholder reporting.
