Summary: We are supporting a leading Asset & Investment Management organisation seeking an experienced Developer for their Front Office Technology team on a 6-month contract. The role involves working in a collaborative Agile/Scrum environment to deliver data and reporting solutions across a complex investment technology landscape. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Power BI, SQL Server, Snowflake, and dbt, along with a background in Asset/Investment Management or Financial Services. The position is classified as inside IR35 and offers hybrid working arrangements in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for Front Office and investment stakeholders
- Develop and optimise SQL Server and Snowflake data models, queries and reporting datasets
- Build and maintain dbt transformation pipelines within a modern cloud data environment
- Work across the full software development life cycle, including analysis, development, testing and deployment
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL Server, Snowflake, and dbt
- Experience working across the full SDLC
- Strong data analysis and reporting development experience
- Experience building scalable reporting and analytics solutions
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
