Summary: The Data Delivery Manager role involves overseeing and coordinating a team focused on data management and analytics within the Financial Services/Insurance sector. The successful candidate will lead agile delivery processes, ensuring quality and timely execution of data-related projects. This position requires extensive experience in project management and familiarity with Azure DevOps, particularly in an enterprise environment. The role is initially for 3-6 months with potential for extension, requiring on-site presence one day a week in Stratford-Upon-Avon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate Engineers, Analysts, Domain Managers, and business stakeholders.
• Lead, plan, track, and report on data-related activities and deliverables.
• Manage stakeholders, dependencies, cost, quality, and time within agreed parameters.
• Implement remedial actions and escalate issues as necessary.
• Support the wider team with their data roadmap in conjunction with the Data Centre of Excellence.

Key Skills:

• Extensive experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager.
• Proven experience delivering data-related technical changes in an enterprise organization.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Agile experience.
• Experience within the Financial Services or Insurance sectors.
