Summary: The Data Cleanse Administrator role involves ensuring the integrity of customer and supplier data within the utilities industry. The position requires engaging with customers and suppliers to validate and update their details while maintaining accurate records. This hybrid role is based in Warwick and emphasizes strong communication and organizational skills. The contract is for a duration of four months, with a focus on data accuracy and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact live customers and suppliers via telephone to validate current details.
- Update systems with correct details and attach relevant evidence.
- Liaise with the Business-As-Usual (BAU) team to ensure timely approval of any changes.
- Maintain meticulous records of all validated data and updates.
- Address any discrepancies or issues identified during the data validation process.
- Ensure all changes are documented and evidence is attached as required.
- Effectively communicate with customers and suppliers globally, understanding various accents and time zone differences.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of the data cleanse activities.
Key Skills:
- Confident in speaking to suppliers and customers globally.
- Ability to understand various accents.
- Experience with S4 HANA (MDG module) is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills, comfortable with phone communication.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in using data management systems.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data validation and system updates.
- Willingness to work two days in the office (currently Tuesday and Wednesday) with some flexibility.
- Strong organisational skills to manage and maintain records effectively.
