Summary: The Data Centre Technical Analyst role involves providing technical and operational support for the UK's Critical National Infrastructure data centres, ensuring their availability and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and operational support to ensure the availability, reliability, and compliance of UK Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) data centres.
- Manage data centre capacity, airflow, and power using DCIM tools while identifying efficiency improvements.
- Support incident, change, and risk management in line with ITIL processes and SLAs.
- Conduct IT asset audits and maintain accurate asset and capacity records.
- Oversee physical security, access control, inductions, and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with internal teams, facilities providers, and external suppliers to ensure safe and compliant operations.

Job Description
Provide technical and operational support to ensure the availability, reliability, and compliance of UK Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) data centres
Manage data centre capacity, airflow, and power using DCIM tools while identifying efficiency improvements
Support incident, change, and risk management in line with ITIL processes and SLAs
Conduct IT asset audits and maintain accurate asset and capacity records

Required Skills & Experience
Active SC Clearance
Minimum 12 months experience in a data centre environment
Experience with installation and de-installation of IT equipment
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical data centre systems (UPS, generators, cooling)
Working knowledge of ITIL framework
Ability to travel at short notice across multiple UK sites (own vehicle required)
