Summary: The Data Centre Engineer role involves providing third-level hardware support and full IMAC services for Natwest's HPE X86 estate in Macmerry, East Lothian. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide third-level hardware break-fix support for Natwest HPE X86 estate.
• Deliver full IMAC services (install, decommission, moves) across Natwest data centres.
• Utilize customer and manufacturer tools such as Part Surfer, Intelligent Provisioning, CMDB, and ServiceNow.
• Offer smart hands service to Natwest IT Security team for troubleshooting and equipment replacement.
• Manage tape operations for the Remote Backup team.
• Participate in a rota for early/late shifts and provide on-call cover (1 in 4).
