Data Cabling Engineers – Leeds and Across Yorkshire

Bauhaus Recruitment is looking for experienced Data Cabling Engineers for current and upcoming projects across Leeds and the wider Yorkshire region.
We regularly recruit for work within commercial offices, schools, retail sites, data centres, warehouses and other large-scale environments.
Opportunities range from short-term installations to longer ongoing contracts.
Typical duties:
- Installing Cat5e, Cat6 and Cat6a cabling
- Cable pulling, dressing and containment
- Terminating outlets and patch panels
- Testing, labelling and fault-finding
- Cabinet installations and patching
- Installing wireless access points
- Copper and fibre installations
- Completing relevant site documentation
Requirements:
- Previous structured cabling experience
- CSCS or ECS card
- Own tools and PPE
- Confident terminating and testing cabling
- Reliable and professional on customer sites
- Full UK driving licence and own transport preferred
- IPAF, PASMA, DBS or fibre-splicing experience would be advantageous
Rates will depend on the project, location, qualifications and experience.
