Summary: The role of Data Business Analyst - Liquidity involves supporting a multi-year program aimed at migrating existing capabilities to a new strategic cloud platform, enhancing internal liquidity reporting. The position requires conducting in-depth analysis of current processes, collaborating with technical teams, and actively driving change within the business function. Candidates must possess previous banking experience and a strong understanding of liquidity and data visualization tools. The role is embedded within the Finance Change delivery function focused on Liquidity Stress Testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to interpret findings and define solutions.
- Support the Agile delivery process, working in sprints and engaging directly with IT developers.
- Assist in ensuring alignment with internal liquidity reporting requirements.
- Work across the full business analysis lifecycle, beyond just documentation, to actively drive change.
Key Skills:
- Liquidity knowledge and experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Superset - this is a must have and big focus.
- Database solutions experience such as Relational Databases, NoSQL Databases, Data Warehouses, Cloud Database Solutions, ETL Tools, and Backup and Recovery Tools.
