Data Blueprint Lead

Summary: The Data Blueprint Lead role involves leading data strategy initiatives for a consultancy supporting a Government Body. The position requires active SC clearance and is expected to last for an initial 8 weeks with potential for extension. The role includes a weekly presence in London and focuses on defining future-state data approaches and governance frameworks. Candidates should possess strong skills in data architecture and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience defining future-state approaches for data, reporting and information management to support organisational transformation.
• Strong understanding of how data architecture, systems and processes interact, enabling effective collaboration across business and technical teams.
• Skilled in designing reporting, insight and performance-management capabilities that support informed decision-making.
• Familiar with establishing governance, accountability and quality frameworks that improve the reliability and value of organisational data.
• Able to rapidly assess current-state challenges, engage stakeholders and articulate a clear strategic direction that informs future change initiatives.
