Summary: The Data & BI Transformation Lead will spearhead a strategic overhaul of the client's data and business intelligence capabilities, focusing on transforming data into a key driver for commercial decisions and growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a full assessment of the current data estate, data governance, reporting, BI tools, data quality and operating model.
- Define the organisation’s target-state Data & BI architecture, including governance, processes, technology and roles.
- Build a practical, phased roadmap for maturing analytics, reporting and data driven decision making.
- Establish a data governance and quality framework that supports scalability and compliance.
- Recommend how to make best use of the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Identify realistic opportunities for AI adoption, including automation, predictive modelling and efficiency gains.
- Work with senior stakeholders to prioritise use cases, embed insight led decision making and align data initiatives with business objectives.

Data & BI Transformation Lead HW Interim Solutions are looking for an experienced Data Subject Matter Expert to lead a strategic review and rebuild of our clients data and business intelligence capability. The organisation is rich in data but at the early stages of using it effectively. We need a specialist who can assess the as is data landscape, define the to be vision, and deliver a practical roadmap for how data can meaningfully drive commercial decisions, efficiencies and growth. This role will shape the blueprint for a modern, scalable Data & BI function in a Microsoft centric environment, while also helping the business understand and adopt appropriate AI capabilities. You will work closely with senior leaders and in house teams to create and implement a clear, actionable data strategy.
