Our market leading client requires a skilled Data Architect with master data management experience to join a CRM/Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) project.

Required skills and experience:

• Extensive commercial experience gained as a Data Architect
• Strong experience of mastering data for customers and master data management
• Well used to collaborating with solution architects to define the transition states for data
• Exposure to CRM/Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) projects would be preferred
• Ability to analyse technical issues and propose pragmatics solutions
• Able to influence senior stakeholders and manage a range of business contacts
• Experience in challenges of large dimensional warehouse development with multiple diverse source systems
