Location: Telford (2 days onsite per week)

Daily rate: £595 (Inside IR35)

Contract: 6 months

Clearance: Active SC Clearance required (must be transferable prior to start)

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect to support enterprise-wide data strategy, governance and transformation within a large and complex technology environment.

This role will focus on shaping data architecture standards, providing design assurance, and driving the adoption of modern data capabilities across cloud and on-premise platforms.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years enterprise data architecture experience
• Architecture governance and design assurance expertise
• Experience working across complex cloud and on-prem environments
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, integration, and modern data frameworks
• AWS and/or Azure architecture experience
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience assessing the impact of business and technology change
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Desirable:

• Experience in large, regulated environments
• Exposure to modern data platforms and operating models
• Supplier/vendor management experience
• Technical leadership and mentoring background
