Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Data & Solution Architect to support a major transformation programme focused on modernising policy administration and data services.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Architect, Solution Architect, or hybrid role.
• Strong background in large-scale data migration and transformation programmes.
• experience designing end-to-end solutions across both Legacy and cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of Azure technologies, including Data Lake, Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse and Azure SQL.
• Financial Services experience is essential.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable:

• experience supporting M&A, business integrations, separations, or carve-out programmes.
• Knowledge of policy administration platforms, data governance, and regulatory reporting.
