Experience designing enterprise-scale data models using dimensional modelling or data vault methodologies, alongside hands-on knowledge of cloud data platforms including Azure Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS Redshift, or BigQuery, is standard across the market. Familiarity with data integration patterns, API design, and event streaming platforms such as Kafka is increasingly expected as organisations build more real-time data capabilities.
