Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and gather sales data from disparate sources, including spreadsheets, CRM systems, and informal team records.
- Work closely with sales leaders across time zones (UK & US) to obtain accurate and timely data, often requiring in-person collaboration.
- Build clear, insightful dashboards and reports to present to senior stakeholders.
- Understand and navigate the complexities of sales operations data, identifying gaps and inconsistencies.
- Act as a bridge between current fragmented data practices and the future-state solution being developed.
- Provide rapid, high-quality analysis to support evolving business needs.
Key Skills:
- Proven track record in senior data roles within Sales Operations, ideally in media or high-energy environments.
- Strong presence and interpersonal skills; able to push back diplomatically and drive accountability across teams.
- Willing to work hands-on and physically sit with stakeholders to extract data if needed.
- Skilled in Excel, Tableau (or similar), and CRM systems. Able to build compelling dashboards and reports.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, metrics, and the nuances of where and how data is stored and used.

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced and assertive Senior or Lead Data Analyst to join our clients Sales Operations team on an interim basis. This is a critical, high-priority role supporting the transition to a more structured data environment ahead of a longer-term transformation programme. You will be Embedded within the sales organisation, working across multiple teams to extract, clean, and present sales data that currently exists in fragmented formats (spreadsheets, systems, and informal sources). Your work will directly inform senior leadership decisions and help establish a more efficient, data-driven sales operation.
