Key Responsibilities:

  • Support delivery of key Group strategic objective to grow BCB digital channels
  • Web based analytics - using Adobe Analytics to understand customer behaviour within our digital journeys and identifying optimisation opportunities
  • Utilising data visualisation skills to develop self-serve reporting for colleagues focused on journey development
  • Working with platform teams to ensure tagging is at the required level
  • Review performance of new initiatives and capability against a range of criteria to determine success and next steps
  • This is not an ETL role, the focus will be on numeric analytics to help drive business decisions

Key Skills:

  • Experience in web analytics (Adobe Analytics preferred, but other tools acceptable)
  • Analysis experience using a complex and large relational database (e.g., Teradata) and scripting/programming skills for data extraction (SQL, SAS, R, etc.)
  • Track record in using data and insight to influence analytics and develop practical insights
  • Strong partnering and communication skills to deliver recommendations

Salary (Rate): 62000
