Data Analytics Senior Consultant

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support performance, evaluation and reporting across a major transformation programme.

You will build and maintain KPI tracking and baseline reporting, while supporting the development of Power BI dashboards to provide clear insight into programme performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain KPI tracking and baseline reporting.
• Analyse data to identify trends, performance measures and key insights.
• Support the development of Power BI dashboards.
• Work with incomplete, inconsistent or legacy data sources.
• Support performance and evaluation activity.
• Translate complex datasets into clear and meaningful reporting.
• Help establish robust approaches to data quality and performance measurement.

Essential experience

• Strong data analysis experience.
• Practical Power BI skills.
• Comfortable working with incomplete or legacy datasets.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Public sector data experience would be advantageous.
