Data Analytics Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Guide, mentor, and support a close-knit team of 3 data analysts, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
• Hands-on Analytics: Deliver deep-dive, day-to-day data analysis, maintaining high standards of data integrity and insight generation.
• Stakeholder Support: Act as the technical point of contact, bridging the gap between raw data execution and strategic insights.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Highly Numeric: Exceptional mathematical or statistical acumen, with strong experience handling complex datasets.
• Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction/manipulation and Power BI for building impactful dashboards and reports.
• Industry/Domain Expertise: Specific experience managing or forecasting meter volumes is highly advantageous (e.g., Energy, Utilities, or Smart Metering sectors).
• Leadership Capability: Proven background providing technical oversight, code reviews, or mentorship to junior/mid-level team members.

This is a brilliant "player-coach" position designed for a senior professional who loves staying close to technical execution but is equally motivated by leadership. You will remain hands-on with day-to-day data analytics while acting as the Technical Lead for the team, providing vital guidance, technical oversight, and support to three mid-level analysts.
