About the Role
We're supporting our client in hiring several Data Analytics Engineers for its AI Experiences team the group behind Search & Discovery, AI Companions, Chatbots, Customer Support AI, and LLM Evaluation.
This is a business-focused analytics role: product ownership, data quality, monitoring, experimentation, and insight generation. You'll work directly with Product, ML, Engineering, and Data Science teams to improve AI products used by millions of customers.
This is not a traditional Data Engineering or infrastructure role.
Responsibilities
- Own application-specific data domains from an analytics perspective.
- Design and maintain scalable data models and reusable datasets.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and monitoring across production systems.
- Investigate product and AI performance issues; run root cause analysis.
- Build monitoring, quality, usage, and cost dashboards for AI applications.
- Analyse experiments, model behaviour, and product performance.
- Generate actionable insights from large, complex datasets.
- Work with structured and unstructured data - customer interactions, reviews, conversations, AI outputs.
- Support AI evaluation frameworks and model quality monitoring.

What We're Looking For
A strong analyst with excellent business understanding and product ownership. Comfortable in ambiguous environments, proactive in spotting opportunities and issues, and able to help teams make data-driven decisions that impact customer-facing AI products. Experience supporting production AI/ML products is a particular plus.
