Summary: The role involves hiring two Senior Data Analysts with expertise in SQL, Python, Azure Data-Factory, and Data-Bricks to support a Pricing Sophistication Program. The position requires a mix of on-site work in London and remote work, focusing on data profiling, mapping, and quality analysis. Candidates must be eligible for BPSS and will be paid through an umbrella company, indicating an inside IR35 classification. The contract duration is approximately 8 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and map source data from multiple insurance systems (policy, claims, quotes, pricing).
- Perform data profiling and data quality (DQ) checks using SQL, Python, and Azure tools.
- Collaborate with Data Designers to translate business requirements into technical mappings.
- Document data lineage, transformation logic, and quality rules.
- Support the development of DQ dashboards and reconciliation reports.
- Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of data artifacts.
Key Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in data analysis and profiling.
- Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with Azure Data-Factory and Data-bricks preferred.
- Familiarity with data quality frameworks and tools.
- Experience in insurance domain data is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Role Description:
