Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and interpret complex datasets to deliver actionable insights for business decision-making.
- Build and maintain scalable reporting and analytics solutions using modern BI tools.
- Work with structured and semi-structured data sources to ensure data quality and reliability.
- Develop reusable datasets and semantic models for self-service analytics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into effective analytical outputs.
- Support ongoing improvement of analytics processes, tooling, and data governance standards.
- Contribute to the adoption of modern analytics practices, including automation and version-controlled workflows.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in data analysis using SQL with the ability to write performant, well-structured queries.
- Experience building dashboards and reports using modern BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
- Solid understanding of data modelling concepts, including star schemas and analytical datasets.
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and modern data stacks.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience using Python for data analysis, transformation, and automation (desirable).
