Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Data Analyst Skills Coach

Working within our Apprenticeship Programmes you will enjoy the prospect of coaching, mentoring & assessing groups of learners towards the achievement of their Apprenticeship data Analyst at Level 4

We’ll Count on You To:

• A passion for supporting apprentices to develop and progress in their careers
• You will engage and support learners to develop their learning and achieve the relevant Standard criteria throughout their apprenticeship qualification

What You Need to Have:

• Significant – 5 years + Apprenticeship Skills coach experience
• Ability to assess evidence against qualification criteria
• The ability to provide inspiring coaching sessions to apprentices
• Ability to provide feedback in a way that motivates individual learners
• Ability to identify and help learners to overcome potential barriers to progress and achievement

What Would Make You Stand Out:

• Experience of delivering data apprenticeship progammes
• Data Analyst industry experience
• Teaching or Assessor qualified
