Summary: We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong Power BI skills to take ownership of reporting and analytics on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will thrive in a data-driven environment and be responsible for designing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and improve reporting processes. The position offers hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards from scratch.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Own all aspects of reporting, ensuring data accuracy, visualisation best practices, and performance optimisation.
• Extract, transform, and analyse data from various sources to support decision-making.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and develop automation where possible.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or BI Developer, with expertise in Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Experience working with SQL databases and other data sources.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective reports and dashboards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Nice to have: Experience in DBT (Data Build Tool) modeling and/or Python coding for data processing.
