Urgent Data Analyst (Contract)

We're currently supporting a Warwick-based organisation in the search for a Data Analyst to join their team on an urgent contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work with large-scale datasets and ERP systems, helping drive data quality, reporting, and business insight across the organisation.

This role requires a contractor who is comfortable working with complex data environments and engaging with stakeholders to deliver meaningful, data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and analyse large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Oversee the ingestion and validation of data from ERP systems into the wider network.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within data to provide actionable business insights.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Use data analysis to support business decision-making and improve operational performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and wider teams to solve complex business challenges.
• Ensure high standards of data quality across all reporting and analytical processes.

Required Experience

• Strong Power BI reporting and dashboard development experience.
• Good understanding of DAX and data modelling.
• Experience using Power Automate to streamline and automate processes.
• Previous experience working with ERP systems and large, complex datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Ability to communicate technical findings effectively to a range of stakeholders.

Contract Details

• £250-£300 per day
• Outside IR35
• Initial 10 week
• Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Warwick
• Immediate start available
