Summary: This role is for a Data Analyst within a fast-paced Operations team supporting Demand and Supply Planning for a prominent consumer brand. Key Responsibilities:
- Support Demand and Supply Planning across multiple time horizons
- Analyse demand, supply, and inventory data to identify risks and opportunities
- Provide insights to support scenario planning and business decisions
- Extract, transform, and analyse data using SAP, Excel, and Power BI
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support planning activities
- Deliver accurate, actionable reporting and ad-hoc analysis
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
- Maintain planning master data and resolve data quality issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across planning, analytics, and systems
Key Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills and Power BI experience
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with large datasets and translating them into clear insights
- Experience working in cross-functional, international environments
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with SAP or similar planning tools is desirable

The Data Analyst plays a key part in supporting Demand and Supply Planning across daily, weekly, and S&OP cycles. You will combine strong analytical capability with planning expertise to generate insights, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement across systems, data, and processes. This is a 12-month FTC position.
