Data Analyst – 3 month FTC (extensions likely) Coventry (hybrid) £30,000 – £35,000 A Data Analyst is wanted on an initial 3 month FTC by a global client of ours who is at the forefront of their industry and going through a real period of growth. In this role, the successful candidate will support the HR team from an analytical perspective. This is an initial 3 month FTC opportunity that includes a base salary of between £30,000 - £35,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications.
Overview of the Data Analyst role:
- Work under the supervision of the HR Data Analyst to support the whole HR function.
- Provide a solid grasp and understanding of HR Systems and data taken from these systems.
Key skills required for the Data Analyst role:
- Intermediate Excel skills, including the ability to do formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and ideally Power Query.
- Any previous experience working with HR Systems in previous roles would be preferred.
