Summary: We are looking for a Data Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to facilitate data-driven decision-making. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and be adept at data analysis, reporting, and visualization. They will be responsible for translating complex data into actionable insights and collaborating with various stakeholders. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and validate data from multiple sources
  • Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements
  • Translate business needs into technical data solutions and actionable recommendations
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives
  • Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business units
  • Support data integration efforts and ensure consistency across systems
  • Document data processes, definitions, and reporting logic

Key Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, window functions)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas)
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
