Location: Manchester
Contract: 12 months
Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 days in the office (Tuesday to Thursday)

What You'll Do

• Produce routine and ad hoc reports of moderate to high complexity to support business objectives.
• Communicate report findings to stakeholders as required.
• Investigate queries for performance issues and implements improvements where necessary; contribute to system design and development and prepares user documentation.
• Identify opportunities to standardise, scale or automate recurring reporting requests; recommend enhancements to reports and existing processes, interpret business requirements, assess impacts, plan changes and document procedures.
• Train users in reporting tools and create data visualisations to present results.
• Contribute to special projects and carries out other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in data analysis or reporting, preferably within financial services or complaints handling.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in Power BI.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and management.
• Demonstrable experience maintaining data quality and optimising systems, with a track record of process improvement and automation.
