Summary: The Data Analyst role requires a proactive individual to support a large-scale Windows 11 rollout within a government estate, focusing on centralising and analysing operational data. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop dynamic dashboards (Power BI, Excel, or ServiceNow) that integrate data from multiple systems to provide a comprehensive view of rollout activities and incident reporting.
- Produce clear and actionable weekly and ad-hoc insight reports, tailored for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Clean, transform, and analyse large datasets—identifying data gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for richer insights.
- Collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to improve data quality and develop processes for ongoing data validation and enhancement.
- Create impactful visual presentations to share insights, trends, and recommendations during stakeholder sessions.
- Explore future-focused analytical models using tools such as Python or R to support scenario-based forecasting.
- Liaise closely with stakeholders to capture business context and ensure insights are aligned with operational needs.
- Actively contribute to discussions and present findings during senior stakeholder meetings.
