Summary: The Data Analyst role involves joining a high-performing Data & Insights team in a fast-paced commercial environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver data analysis, reporting, and insight requests across multiple business functions
- Analyse and interpret data from a variety of sources to inform strategy and performance
- Manage and maintain master data and mapping tables (companies, industries, products)
- Generate actionable insights and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
- Support revenue optimisation (delegate acquisition, retention, sponsorship, digital products)
- Champion data quality and collaborate with data teams to improve processes
- Assist in building dashboards and self-service reporting tools
Key Skills:
- 5+ years' experience in data analysis within a fast-paced, commercial environment
- Strong experience working with large, complex datasets (cleaning, manipulation, analysis)
- Confident working with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs
- Experience with CRM systems (eg Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- SQL/relational database knowledge (desirable)
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) (desirable)

The Role
As a Data Analyst, you'll partner with teams across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Content and Operations to deliver high-quality insights that enable smarter decision-making and tangible business impact.
You'll work with large, complex datasets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and ensure data remains a strategic asset across the organisation.
