Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data from web analytics and social media platforms to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with Digital & Marketing teams and product teams to deliver actionable insights.
- Work with e-commerce and ticketing platforms, as well as digital products aimed at audience engagement.
- Deliver presentations and communicate findings effectively to colleagues.
- Implement simple AB tests using Adobe Target and manage messy or incomplete data.
