Summary: The Data Analyst role focuses on enhancing the understanding of customer data related to enquiries, particularly reasons for customer declines and price sensitivity. The position requires a self-motivated individual with experience in tech-first companies to engage with the team and develop repeatable data analysis processes. Immediate starters are preferred as the interview process is already underway. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement and pays up to £400 outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with the team to identify relevant data sources.
- Identify modifications required to the data format for usability.
- Store and organize the relevant data.
- Analyze the information to derive insights.
- Create repeatable mechanisms for data analysis (runbook).
- Generate reports detailing insights on declined quotes and price sensitivity.
