Summary: The Data Analyst role focuses on delivering insights through Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for Finance and Procurement stakeholders. The position requires collaboration with Data Engineers to manage data within a Lakehouse environment and involves translating business needs into data-driven reporting. The successful candidate will have experience working with Finance teams and a strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes. This is a 3-month contract position based in London, requiring in-office work two days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Finance and Procurement teams to gather business requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure robust data models in the Lakehouse platform
- Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and usability
- Support continuous improvement of Finance reporting and analytics
Key Skills:
- Experience with Procurement systems (D365, Proactis)
- Accounts Payable knowledge
- Project reporting and analysis skills
- Stakeholder management within Finance environments
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes
- Knowledge of invoice ageing vs payment terms
- Understanding of committed costs vs budgeted costs
- Familiarity with supplier onboarding processes
