Summary: The Data Analyst role involves analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, specifically within the ServiceNow platform. Service Management experience, ServiceNow platform experience, particularly in the context of improving practices are all must-haves.
Wider programme details:
- Service Re-tiering - There are gaps with some applications not configured to recover quickly enough to support critical business processes and services.
- CMDB - The correctness, compliance and completeness of the clients technology asset information needs to assure that the operational resilience requirements continue to be met.
- ITSCM - The current process involves manual planning and testing of the recovery capabilities of specific applications. There is an opportunity to increase automation and provide more extensive testing.
- IT Change Management - The IT Change Management process requires multiple approvals and does not support modern Agile and DevSecOps working practices adopted by the client.
Role profile | Data Analyst:
- Analyses and interprets data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

The client is based in Stratford, hybrid 2-days per week in the office. There is an option for them to be based in Leeds too if that makes a difference.
