Minimum Criteria
- Proficiency in data modelling techniques (3NF, Star/Snowflake schemas, Data Vault 2.0).
- Hands-on experience using data modelling tools such as erwin , PowerDesigner , or Sparx Enterprise Architect .
- Experience with version control systems for managing data model changes.
- Skilled in creating and maintaining data dictionaries, taxonomies, and reference/master data , ensuring strong data governance .
- Proven ability to work with business stakeholders to define data use cases and establish success criteria .
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills , with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Desirable Criteria
- Exposure to relational and non-relational databases , data warehouse/lakehouse concepts, and ETL/ELT tools or frameworks.
- Experience in business analysis and requirement gathering for data-driven projects.
- Hands-on experience documenting or implementing data lineage and impact analysis (e.g., using Solidatus).
- Understanding of data architecture best practices and gap analysis (as-is vs. to-be states).
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA DMBOK) and data quality rules .
