Summary: The Data Analyst role at a global fintech leader involves driving data capabilities and insights within the Customer Success Data Science team. The position requires an experienced data professional to enhance data integrity, develop dashboards, conduct analytics, and influence strategic decisions through storytelling. This contract role is hybrid, requiring three days in the office and two days from home. The contract duration is nine months, ending in September 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build robust data foundations – Work with engineering teams to improve data integrity, pipelines, and governance across international markets.
  • Develop actionable dashboards – Create scalable, user-friendly dashboards that deliver real-time insights on key performance metrics (tNPS, Issue Resolution, AHT, etc.).
  • Deliver deep-dive analytics – Conduct root-cause analysis to identify pain points and drive operational improvements.
  • Support experimentation – Analyse A/B test outcomes to optimize customer and digital experiences.
  • Influence through storytelling – Translate data insights into compelling narratives that drive strategic decisions across business units.

Key Skills:

  • 8+ years’ experience in Data Analytics or Data Science (ideally within Customer Success, Operations, or Digital Experience).
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and pipeline development.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Qlik, or similar visualization tools.
  • Experience with big data tools (Snowflake, Databricks, Spark) and ETL processes.
  • Exposure to Python or R for automation, experimentation, or analytics.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive, growth-oriented mindset and comfort working across multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a data-related field (or equivalent experience).
