Summary: Exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst role at a Big4 Tech Company, Meta, located in London, UK. The position involves collaborating with teams to prototype evaluation protocols, conduct human ratings, and prepare training data for model improvements. The role requires a blend of technical skills and effective communication to support model evaluation and data mining efforts. This is a 12-month contract with a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with the team to prototype human rating and semi-automatic model evaluation protocols.
- Conduct small-to-medium scale in-house human rating on generated content for high stake and/or high complexity protocols.
- Identify and summarize model gaps based on evaluations in collaboration with engineers.
- Identify data needed to close model gaps and mine such data to prepare training data for the next iteration of model training.
- Scale up validated evaluation protocols, including coordination and auditing with teams.
