Key Responsibilities:
- Design & deliver dashboards: Build and improve Power BI reports that give the business clarity and insight.
- Work with SQL daily: Write, optimise, and maintain queries to support accurate reporting.
- Enable the business: Gather requirements, translate them into reporting solutions, and train non-technical users.
- Ensure data quality: Run checks, peer reviews, and maintain documentation for reliable outputs.
- Partner with stakeholders: Collaborate across operations, product, and commercial teams to deliver reporting that makes an impact.
Key Skills:
- Strong SQL expertise – confident in querying and optimising complex datasets.
- Proven Power BI experience – building, maintaining, and presenting dashboards.

You’ll be part of a small but dynamic team, working directly with senior stakeholders to deliver clear, actionable reporting that drives smarter decisions across the business. This role is all about ensuring the business has robust dashboards, accurate data, and trusted insights, really about building reporting foundations the company can scale on.
