Summary: The Data Analyst role is a one-year maternity cover position focused on analyzing complex data sets to derive insights that enhance customer engagement and optimize products. The analyst will utilize SQL and Tableau to monitor KPIs, conduct deep-dive analyses, and support product teams with actionable insights. This position is integral to understanding customer behaviors and improving the overall shopping experience for a global technology and payments partner. The role includes a hybrid working arrangement with two days in the office each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on key KPIs.
- Deep-dive into customer data using SQL to provide detailed analysis for product teams.
- Build visualizations in Tableau.
- Identify data requirements and ensure data is cleansed and prepared.
- Support innovative ways to leverage data for customer engagement and economic efficiency.
- Deliver enhanced customer profiling and segmentation.
- Measure the effectiveness of customer-facing products, features, and campaigns.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis for product optimization.
- Advise on advanced statistical and analytical techniques to improve customer understanding.
Key Skills:
- Experience as a Data Analyst with exposure to statistical methodologies.
- Intermediate SQL skills.
- Advanced experience with Tableau or similar tools.
