Summary: The Data Analyst Programmer/Data Scientist role is an individual contributor position focused on developing data pipelines, executing analytics, and driving automation initiatives within a global leader in heavy machinery and industrial power systems. The role requires collaboration within a small team to address capability gaps and maintain project momentum. Candidates must be willing to work on-site in Larne, Northern Ireland, and self-relocate without relocation assistance. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, SQL, and Snowflake.
- Create dashboards and automated workflows via Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and integrate Salesforce data.
- Provide curated datasets, support KPI development, and troubleshoot data issues.
Key Skills:
- 3-5+ years in data science, analytics, data engineering, or automation roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Snowflake, and Microsoft Power Platform. Experience with Salesforce CRM data is highly preferred.
- A proactive self-starter with strong stakeholder management and an ownership mindset.
- A relevant degree is preferred.
