Summary: The Data Analyst role involves collaborating with a prominent finance company to enhance decision-making processes through data insights. The successful candidate will manage extensive datasets, conduct A/B testing, and deliver analytical insights to stakeholders. This position is permanent with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring one day on-site per week. The role demands advanced skills in SQL, data visualization, and Python for effective data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and manage an extensive suite of dashboards.
  • Build and maintain integrations that support origination channels and initiatives.
  • Conduct and evaluate A/B testing to enhance marketing performance.
  • Assess lead opportunities, actions, and results to determine success potential and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Deliver analytical insights to key stakeholders in a straightforward and clear format to ensure easy comprehension.

Key Skills:

  • Experience assessing effectiveness of Lead Generation and Marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage extensive datasets and work with relational databases.
  • Advanced expertise in SQL, including crafting comprehensive procedures from the ground up.
  • Proficiency in using data visualization platforms like PowerBI and Tableau.
  • Skilled in leveraging Python for ETL processes and data analysis tasks.
  • In-depth knowledge of A/B testing and statistical significance methodologies to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
  • Established background as a Data Analyst or in an equivalent analytical role.
  • Strong capability to see how their contributions align with overarching business objectives.
  • Excel at fostering and maintaining robust relationships across the organization.
  • Competent in juggling multiple responsibilities while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • A passionate drive to enhance processes and uncover innovative opportunities through data exploration.
