Key Responsibilities:
- Map and document end-to-end data flows from source systems to Qlik Sense, including ingestion, transformation, and output layers.
- Create and maintain data lineage documentation to clearly show how data moves and changes across systems.
- Provide actionable recommendations to replace Qlik Sense as the source system for end users.
- Work closely with the Qlik support team and reporting teams to understand usage requirements and define revised solutions.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience analyzing end-to-end data flows across complex data ecosystems.
- Strong SQL proficiency for investigating source data, transformations, and pipeline logic.

Role Description: The Data Analyst will focus on mapping, analysing, and documenting current data flows from source systems through to reporting outputs, in Qlik Sense dashboards. The role involves documenting end-to-end data pipelines and providing actionable recommendations to replace QlikSense as the source system for end users. The analyst will work closely with the Qlik support team and reporting teams to ensure that we understand the usage requirements and can define a revised solution, which may include decommissioning.
Strong skills in SQL, lineage mapping, and experience working with BI platforms—preferably Qlik Sense—are essential.
Core Experience (Must-Have)
- Proven experience analysing end-to-end data flows across complex data ecosystems, from source systems to BI/reporting platforms.
- Strong SQL proficiency for investigating source data, transformations, and pipeline logic.
- Hands-on experience with BI/reporting tools, ideally Qlik Sense, including understanding how data models and visualisations consume upstream data.
- Experience documenting data lineage, data models, and transformation logic using tools or manual methods.
